Every Citizen purchased from Oreficeria Ravelli is covered by the official 2-year Citizen warranty, extendable by a further 3 years (up to 5 years in total in Italy; abroad, the 2-year warranty applies); our in-house workshop is on hand for service, bracelet adjustment and any advice on the watch.
